We have renamed our restaurant to Ocotillo.
We now have a name and brand that is on par with our delicious menu and unmatched views, as well as the excellent service.
Jon is a lifelong Grand Junction Resident who has over 35 years of cooking and kitchen management experience. Along with being a high end restaurant chef, Jon is also a master pastry chef – be on the lookout for amazing new desserts and homemade cinnamon rolls. He is also a pit master who will be bringing in some BBQ Smoker special events this summer.
